 “We have been a user of SouthWare since 1988.  We used SouthWare for our GL, AR, AP, Payroll and Point of Sale processing.  Another software was used for our customer contact, lead processing and quoting.  We wanted to incorporate both and run them on a Macintosh computer, since this was 90% of the computers in use by management, sales and graphic artists.  The largest obstacle was the ability to communicate between the two operating systems.  We needed to time-track jobs from operation to operation, email and fax quotes order and shipping confirmations to customers and communicate with our customers.  Our SouthWare distributor evaluated our needs and utilized several other SouthWare modules to develop a solution for us.  The ability of SouthWare modules to integrate with each other was essential to making this project work.  It truly is a remarkable software for our business.”
